Cheese ball

Holla~

Ok, I'm going to share with you guys a new recipe that I just learned today. Haha. Initially I saw my former lecturer posted in FB this recipe and it looks interesting. Its Cheese Ball. Dalam bahasa mungkin boleh namakan begedil keju. LOL!

Ok, ni bahan-bahannya:
1. Kentang
2. Cheddar cheese
3. Tepung gandum
4. Bread crumps
5. Telur

Cara-cara :

1. Rebus kentang yg dah buang kulit dengan sikit garam sampai betul-betul empuk. Ikut suke korang la nak gune brp byk ikut berapa banyak nak buat :p

2. Sambil tu, potong cheddar cheese into small pieces and then put it aside.

3. And then, lepas kentang dah masak korang lenyek-lenyekkan. Then gaulkan dengan tepung gandum sampai sebati. Nanti rupa dia jadi macam ni :)

4. Lepas tu, ambil sikit kentang tu. Buat bentuk bulat and letak cheese kat dalam dia.

5. Then gaulkan dengan bread crumps. I pakai bread crumps yang ni. Sedap.

6. Next step, salutkan bebola tadi tu dengan telur and letak selapis lagi bread crumps.

7. Then, goreng. Siap!



Tips: 

Jangan buat tebal sangat, nanti bila masak cheese tak cair.
Then, masa goreng kene ingat, SLOW FIRE! Iye, SLOW FIRE. Kalau tak nanti cheese tak cair, kulit hitam legam. Hiks.
